Over 15 years’ experience with Design and Construction of some of the most phenomenal facilities in the Central Illinois region. Children’s Discovery Museum in Normal, IL, Bio-Processing Research Lab at University of Illinois , and many more.

Education: Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering, University of Illinois MBA, Indiana Wesleyan University

Strengths: Early involvement in Design-Construction…Greatest value in construction is created in the early phases of design and concepts. Early involvement provides by far the best overall value to our customer.

Hobbies and Interests: Loves anything active. biking, hiking, football, soccer. Enjoys anything involving his wife, Danae, kids, and friends.

Senior Project Manager

LEED AP, BD+C

Jeff Sauder is a LEED AP, BD+C. He has over 14 years of experience in construction, including both project management and preconstruction which enables him to see a project from infancy to completion. He has done projects ranging from housing projects in Decatur and Peoria to the Workforce Careers Center at Lincolnland Community College in Springfield to the Decatur Health Center to the renovation of the West Wing of the Illinois State Capitol Building.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from University of Illinois

Hobbies: Running, spending time with my wife and kids, working on my house, traveling

Senior Project Manager

Over 18 years’ experience with Construction of some of the most phenomenal facilities in the Central Illinois region. Camp Lincoln, Springfield, IL, Hopedale Medical Complex, Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, Normal, IL and many more.

Hobbies and Interests: Grilling ribs, steak, anything. Loves spending time with his wife and kids.

Project Manager

Fred has over 20 years’ experience leading the Construction of hundreds of commercial and residential projects. He has expertise in framing carpentry, finish carpentry and overall jobsite management. His strong work ethic and vast experience lead him to get work done right the first time and tightly manage the schedule of projects of all sizes.

Hobbies and Interests: Woodworking, camping, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Asset & Marketing Manager

George brings over 20 years of real estate experience, with a wide range of both market and financial analysis of commercial and residential investment properties. His history includes time with national commercial real estate firms in Arizona and San Diego areas and most recently with a regional firm specializing in residential apartments and student housing in Central Illinois. This experience brings an insight to the team that works to identify new investment opportunities and avenues to redirect under-performing properties.

Education: Includes a Business degree from Illinois State University, Graduate level real estate classes at Arizona State University and CCIM institute. He also holds a CMCA designation and is a licensed real estate broker with State of Illinois.

Hobbies and Interests: Living an active life with continuous growth and improvement; traveling with wife & kids and enjoying extended family; volunteer truck driver for Midwest Foodbank; volunteer host family for Int'l Students at ISU

Chief Financial Officer

CPA, CGMA, CFP®

Over 18 years’ experience in public accounting and private industry. His experience advising and consulting with a variety of companies and industries has given him a well-rounded understanding of business, finance, and accounting.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, University of Illinois

Hobbies and Interests: Loves spending time with his wife, Jill, and their four kids, renovating their home, serving on the Peoria Christian School board, and helping Jill run her retail clothing business on the evenings and weekends.

Project Manager

Aaron has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction, custom residential construction, healthcare construction and public & private utility installations. In addition to holding an Illinois Department of Public Health plumbing license, he has gone on to achieve additional credentials as an Illinois Cross Connection Control Device Inspector, Certified pipe welder, NFPA certified Medical gas installer, NFPA certified Medical gas Instructor.
Aaron's work ethic and education are rooted firmly in his family heritage. His father Jim and grandfather Howard are/were tradesmen and focused intently on quality in their craftsmanship. As a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, he reflects on how striving for perfection and living with an emphasis on integrity and loyalty have become critical in developing lifelong core values in not just his profession but in everyday life. Spending time with his wife, Shannon, and attending any of his 4 kid's events are his hobbies.

Accounting & Office Manager

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Visual Art, Northern Illinois University

Hobbies and Interests: Loves her role as homemaker for her husband, four kids, and two dogs, she is passionate about hospitality and using her home to bless others, enjoys flowers, music, movies, laughing with friends, creating with her hands, and serving at her church.

We used Element Building for the new Thirty-Thirty Coffee in Junction City. Steve and his crew were very easy to work with, friendly, and did a fantastic job on the quality of work! We will definitely be using them in the future! - Ty Paluska / Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co.
